• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure microservices powering mission-critical logistics flows;
• Build robust backend services in Java 21+ with Spring Boot 3, including REST APIs, data access, and messaging;
• Implement event-driven streaming with Kafka and request/response services;
• Design, implement, and maintain public REST/OpenAPI APIs and integrate vendor APIs with rate limiting and caching;
• Model and optimize data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL;
• Refactor legacy monolith components into microservices with clear boundaries and resilient communication;
• Write unit, integration, and contract tests and embed them in CI/CD;
• Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerts using observability platforms;
• Implement OIDC/OAuth2/RBAC, data privacy, and audit logging;
• Build, test, and deploy through Jenkins, Argo, and Azure DevOps pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes;
• Own services end-to-end, including capacity and performance tuning, SLOs, on-call participation, and L3 incident/root-cause analysis;
• Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, QA, and Frontend teams to refine requirements and improve testability;
• Contribute reusable patterns, documentation, and shared libraries to backend guild practices;
• Mentor junior team members informally.

• 6–10+ Years of backend engineering experience, including Java/Spring Boot production systems at scale;
• Strong microservices design, domain modeling, and REST/OpenAPI design skills;
• Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka;
• Solid RDBMS and NoSQL foundations;
• Experience with performance profiling of queries and services;
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes;
• SRE-minded approach to observability, reliability, and security;
• Clear communication and pragmatic problem-solving skills;
• Ability to mentor peers;
• English for work;
• Nice to have: GraphQL, Gatling performance testing.
