• Own key parts of the Android experience, architecting and fine-tuning features that drive daily user engagement;
• Boost application performance and reliability by eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring stability at scale;
• Brainstorm, build, launch, and iterate on features based on real-world feedback;
• Collaborate with AI, Design, and Product teams to create impactful user experiences;
• Experiment with new ideas, test hypotheses, and innovate without bureaucratic constraints.

• Extensive experience in building or leading the development of large-scale Android applications;
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, including coroutines, Jetpack Compose, architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization;
• Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from UI/UX polish to backend-integrated performance;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own features from concept to launch;
• Clear communication skills for working in a global, distributed environment;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in B2C organizations with high daily engagement, exposure to conversational AI, gaming, or social platforms, experience with real-time features, animation systems, or immersive mobile experiences, background in defining or improving mobile development practices across a team.
