The company provides recruitment services for clients in the technology and software development sectors, connecting engineering talent with organizations building commercial and research AI solutions.
задачи
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models;
- Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement;
- Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains;
- Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning (SFT), including creating and maintaining task-specific datasets;
- Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models;
- Conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
требования
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular;
- Experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code;
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment;
- Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies;
- Nice to have: Experience in the AI industry, experience with frontier model capabilities.
