Java software engineer for cloud contact centers

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Java Software Engineer to join our team! You will work with engineering teams across Europe and the USA on one of our flagship products - Net2Phone Cloud Contact Center , a rapidly growing cloud communications platform serving businesses worldwide.

• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and actively participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings
• Work on high-performing, scalable, resilient web-based applications and services
• Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation
• Demonstrate a technology-agnostic mindset and continuously explore new technologies and approaches

• 5+ years of production experience with Java
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data)
• Strong experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization
• Good English level - B2 or higher.
