• Develop and maintain applications using a product-oriented approach in collaboration with business stakeholders;
• Implement new functionalities and enhance existing solutions;
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and the application of best programming practices;
• Collaborate with technical teams to achieve shared goals;
• Create and update technical and business documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Gosu and Guidewire ClaimCenter;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Java (8/11/17/21) and Spring Boot;
• Practical knowledge of Git;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Knowledge of asynchronous communication solutions such as JMS, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Kafka, or Pulsar;
• Experience in teamwork and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Basic knowledge of application security (OWASP Top 10);
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms: OAuth2, JWT;
• Nice to have: Angular, application monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana), non-relational databases and cache (MongoDB, Infinispan, Redis), microservices architecture, Kubernetes.
