• Lead a team through two complete Java development cycles;
• Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Operations, and Platform teams to build Java applications;
• Assess technical risks and technical debt;
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Java-based back-end applications;
• Integrate Java applications and services;
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and code changes;
• Perform unit testing.

• Experience leading a team through two complete Java development cycles;
• Experience with end-to-end Java development and DevOps;
• Experience handling a large team;
• Strong integration skills;
• Good understanding of the Payments Domain, including European payments such as SEPA and SWIFT messaging services;
• Strong knowledge of Java 21 and object-oriented concepts;
• Experience with Kafka and messaging queues;
• Experience with Cassandra databases and SQL;
• Strong skills in OOPS, collections, exception handling, concurrent programming, lambda expressions, Stream API, and multithreading;
• Knowledge of Dependency Injection, Spring Bean Lifecycle, autowiring, and Spring Boot features including initializers, starters, autoconfiguration, and profiles;
• Understanding of MVC and REST, including Spring MVC Flow, Model & View, REST architecture, resources, HTTP methods, usage, and URI mappings;
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito.
