Java Developer

FlexSoft develops a large-scale, multi-tenant B2B2C platform.

• Develop and maintain backend microservices;
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure APIs;
• Work with distributed systems and event-driven architecture;
• Design and improve integrations between services;
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions;
• Write clean, testable, production-ready code;
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineers;
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and similar assistants to improve speed and quality.

• Solid commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Understanding of backend architecture and microservice principles;
• Good SQL and database design skills;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code;
• Understanding of async flows, integrations, or event-driven systems;
• Proactive, responsible, and motivated mindset;
• Comfort working with modern AI developer tools;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with multi-tenant platforms, Kafka, Redis, high-load systems, distributed transactions, consistency and reliability patterns, complex B2B, B2C, or platform products.
