Java Developer

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing full-cycle services for enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide. The organization specializes in creating digital solutions across various industries, including FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and Logistics.

• Develop and maintain a microservices architecture;
• Optimize database performance and queries;
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting;
• Handle deployment and infrastructure management;
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and design architecture from scratch.

• Experience in Backend development for 3+ years;
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java, including data classes, Coroutines, Flow, Collections, Generics, and Stream API;
• Deep understanding of multithreading and JVM internals;
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Dependency Injection, Spring Data, and Spring AOP;
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, including query optimization and indexing;
• Proven production experience with Kafka;
• Strong expertise in REST API design;
• Solid practical experience with Docker and advanced Git workflows;
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Micrometer;
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, high availability, and scalability;
• Good knowledge of software design principles, including SOLID, GoF patterns, and DDD;
• Experience with testing practices, including unit and integration testing;
• English level from Intermediate+;
• Nice to have: Liquibase, Flyway, Java 17+ features, Spring WebFlux, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, distributed transactions, database scaling, Redis, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jaeger, Zipkin, event-driven architecture, API lifecycle management, contract testing, Camunda BPM, background in fintech or banking.
