Java Developer

• Develop new features for the platform;
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to provide technical insights for solutions;
• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and address problems;
• Identify and resolve bugs to maintain platform stability;
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing through workshops, talks, and posts.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend application development using Java;
• Strong foundation in programming principles;
• Commitment to best practices, clean design, and sustainable architecture;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments;
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with Spring.
