Qatar Insurance Company is a leading insurance provider in the GCC region that operates a digital ecosystem combining insurance and non-insurance services through platforms like qic.online and the QIC app. The Car Market team develops a seamless platform for buying and selling cars, focusing on listings, search, dealer management, pricing, and transactions to support the growth of new business lines.

• Create new feature functionality based on design and analytics materials;
• Push forward new releases of the iOS application;
• Cover code with unit tests addressing edge cases, usability issues, and reliability;
• Perform bug fixing and improve application performance;
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with analytics, designers, and the QA team.

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Significant experience with native mobile application development on iOS and Swift;
• Proficiency in multithreading, async/await, or GCD;
• Experience using several tools from SwiftUI;
• Published at least one original iOS app;
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
• English level B1 or higher.
