BJAK operates a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, founded in 2019 to provide accessible online insurance services. The company is currently expanding its financial ecosystem to include spending, saving, investing, and travel services through an AI-powered neobank application.
задачи
- Build and ship native iOS features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys;
- Simplify complex financial flows to ensure a clean and fast mobile experience;
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to transition concepts into production releases;
- Own application quality, including performance, crash rates, loading states, edge cases, responsiveness, and release stability;
- Utilize production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior data to iterate and improve features post-launch;
- Integrate APIs, authentication, and secure data handling with a focus on reliability.
требования
- Strong native iOS development experience using Swift;
- Proven experience shipping iOS applications to real users;
- Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns;
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX quality;
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize performance and reliability;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high levels of ambiguity;
- English (fluent);
- Nice to have: Experience with financial workflows, experience scaling mobile products.
