The Data Ingestion and Enrichment team maintains a scalable data foundation, ensuring that analytics, machine learning, and product features are supported by unified, production-grade data assets.

• Design, build, and own the data lake, ensuring clear ownership, schemas, and quality expectations;
• Develop and operate scalable batch and streaming ingestion pipelines;
• Define and implement data contracts between producers and consumers, including validation and anomaly detection;
• Build enrichment logic to standardize and contextualize data across domains;
• Instrument pipelines with observability for freshness, latency, and cost metrics;
• Apply consistent access control, classification, and privacy protections at ingestion;
• Contribute to standardized ingestion templates, shared libraries, and platform tooling;
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Analytics, and ML partners to align on requirements and priorities.

• Experience building architectural patterns for large, high-scale applications;
• Solid experience in platform or data engineering teams with a track record of leading multi-stakeholder deliveries;
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern DevOps practices;
• Hands-on experience designing real-time and batch data processing infrastructures using frameworks like Spark, Flink, Spark streaming, Kafka, or Debezium;
• Expertise with orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt;
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
