Grid Dynamics provides technology consulting, platform and product engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics services to enterprise companies undergoing business transformation.

• Define, design, and drive the architectural strategy for a scalable, reliable enterprise data platform from inception to production;
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and modern tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Purview;
• Set architectural standards, define best practices, and produce reference architectures and documentation for engineering teams;
• Provide technical leadership and governance, reviewing designs, guiding data engineers, and making real-time architectural calls;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical leads to translate complex requirements into implementable architectural decisions.

• 5+ Years of experience in data architecture;
• Proven track record of leading the architecture of a greenfield data platform from scratch to production;
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure Data Stack;
• Relevant Microsoft Certification in the Data Stack;
• Strong command of data modelling, data governance, and modern DataOps practices;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments;
• Exceptional stakeholder management and whiteboarding skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Data Mesh, Medallion architecture, or Lakehouse design patterns, hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Purview.
