• Lead engineering teams through the full development lifecycle of complex data projects;
• Collaborate with client executives and product owners to define project scopes and deliver business value;
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and operational workflows within cloud-based environments;
• Build ontology-aware applications to support sophisticated data modeling and decision-making;
• Develop scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and distributed computing frameworks;
• Establish engineering best practices and delivery models for a growing technical team;
• Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives for diverse stakeholder groups.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in data engineering;
• Expertise in Databricks, Python, and Spark delivery;
• Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ontologies, and operational workflows;
• Proven experience leading engineering teams within complex client or enterprise environments;
• Ability to work independently and manage high-output projects with minimal supervision;
• Nice to have: Experience with advanced data and AI operating systems, previous experience in a high-growth startup or technical consultancy, exposure to multiple industry use cases including data connection and application development.
