• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake;
• Manage and define a scalable, secure data platform architecture integrating Databricks with OLAP engines like ClickHouse or Druid;
• Design, develop, test, and orchestrate data workflows;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and database performance;
• Contribute to the development of internal tools for automating data processes;
• Collaborate with product, MLOps, and data science teams to ensure optimal data accessibility.

• 3-5+ Years of professional work experience in data engineering;
• Strong expertise in Python and data frameworks like Pandas and PySpark;
• Experience with modern data storage solutions including data lakes and data warehouses;
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow;
• Experience with streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark structured streaming;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS;
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or Apache Druid;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment;
• Must be based in or ready to relocate to Barcelona;
• Nice to have: Experience with Databricks platform, experience in building ML data platforms.
