FitMe is a fitness application that provides short, easy-to-follow workout routines designed for home use without equipment. Gismart is a mobile app developer with products in the health, wellness, utilities, and music sectors, reaching over 1 billion downloads globally.

• Support stakeholders by validating figures, investigating dashboard discrepancies, and ensuring BI platform availability;
• Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines for analytical reports including cohort revenue, LTV, retention, KPI by creatives, and post-purchase analytics;
• Support attribution models such as Web-Mobile mapping, multi-locale cost-cohort resolution, and last-click vs raw events;
• Manage integrations with external sources including Meta Marketing API, AppsFlyer, AppMetrica, Stripe, Tableau Server, and Birch;
• Ensure data quality through schema, freshness, and volume checks, broken-snapshot detection, and anti-bot-traffic filtering;
• Optimize query and procedure performance in Redshift;
• Collaborate with BI, Product, UA, and Billing analysts.

• 1-2 Years of commercial experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI development;
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse concepts;
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Experience with AWS, Amazon Redshift, and Apache Airflow;
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience designing production-level Python code;
• Willingness to work with business logic such as subscriptions, monetization, and attribution;
• Nice to have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), dbt, Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, UA-attribution stack (AppsFlyer, AppMetrica, Adjust, SKAN, GA4), and UA cost APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin).
