Whalesoft Limited develops and operates a modern iGaming platform featuring 21 microservices, deployed on AWS and built primarily in Golang.
задачи
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team;
- Own platform architecture and technical roadmap;
- Design, develop, and review Golang microservices;
- Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, and platform scalability;
- Oversee integrations with game providers, payment systems, and third-party services;
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, development processes, and code quality;
- Implement strict security policies covering access control, secrets management, infrastructure hardening, secure coding practices, monitoring, and incident response;
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and high availability.
требования
- 5+ Years of Golang development experience;
- Experience with microservices architectures in production environments;
- Strong AWS, Docker, API, database, and DevOps knowledge;
- Previous leadership or team management experience;
- Nice to have: Direct iGaming experience, including casino, sportsbook, wallet, payments, bonuses, CRM, VIP, tournaments, jackpots, or affiliate systems.
