Claven AI is a startup that develops a sovereign AI infrastructure and orchestration platform designed to transform bare-metal or managed GPU clusters into cloud-native, efficient AI clouds. The platform facilitates model inference, fine-tuning, and large-scale GPU workload management with a focus on data sovereignty for enterprise and government customers in regulated industries.

• Build and evolve core Go services that orchestrate AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, including routing inference traffic and managing workload lifecycles;
• Write controllers, operators, admission webhooks, and custom resources using controller-runtime and kubebuilder;
• Implement GPU-aware scheduling and placement;
• Integrate and tune the model-serving stack for cost, latency, and throughput;
• Manage the model artifact lifecycle and multi-GPU tensor-parallel serving;
• Implement multi-tenancy, network policy, and workload isolation to support data-sovereignty and air-gapped operating modes;
• Own API contracts and collaborate with frontend engineers on gateway and identity layers;
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across the stack.

• Strong production-grade Go development experience;
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes API, controller/reconciliation models, and cluster operations;
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, and systems;
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Ability to own API contracts and communicate clearly;
• Fluent written English;
• Nice to have: Experience writing Kubernetes controllers/operators/webhooks, knowledge of NVIDIA stack (CUDA, MIG, NCCL, DCGM), experience serving LLMs in production (vLLM, TGI, SGLang), background in multi-tenancy or compliance in regulated industries, proficiency in Python, experience with API-gateways or OIDC, background in ML platforms or internal PaaS.
