• Architect and implement high-performance software solutions;
• Design and build shared services and platform capabilities;
• Optimize existing services for performance, scalability, and reliability;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• 7+ Years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on scalable system design;
• Strong experience with Go;
• Familiarity with building and operating distributed systems, APIs, and shared services;
• Proven track record of designing and modernizing systems;
• Experience contributing to technical direction through collaboration and design input;
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging production applications;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Experience delivering and maintaining distributed systems at scale, demonstrated high level of autonomy and self-sufficiency in driving projects.
