• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting appropriate concurrency models and balancing performance with maintainability;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to turn high-level business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps;
• Anticipate and highlight edge cases, risks, and technical constraints during planning;
• Represent the engineering team in external stakeholder meetings, explain technical topics in business-centric terms, and challenge unrealistic requirements;
• Lead and perform code reviews for other senior engineers, maintaining high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability;
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to help the team deliver high-quality code faster and safely.

• 5+ Years of Go development experience;
• 2+ Years of experience specifically in a leadership role;
• Higher education in Computer Science or software development;
• Extensive experience working with AI and implementing or configuring it within a team;
• Experience in fintech and banking domains and with complex integrations;
• Experience designing scalable, distributed backend systems in Golang;
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives;
• Experience with system design for high performance and maintainability;
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins;
• Advanced English or above;
• Nice to have: Experience in the insurance domain.
