The project develops a high-performance, scalable distributed platform that supports complex business operations and rapid product growth.

Develop a high-performance distributed platform;
Deliver scalable backend solutions for enterprise systems;
Implement and configure AI within a team;
Design scalable, distributed backend systems in Go;
Apply concurrency patterns in Go, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives;
Design systems for high performance and maintainability;
Build and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines.

5+ Years of Go development experience;
2+ Years of experience in a leadership role;
Higher education in Computer Science, software development, or a related field;
Extensive experience working with AI and implementing or configuring it within a team;
Experience in fintech and banking domains;
Experience working with complex integrations;
Advanced English or higher;
Nice to have: experience in the insurance domain.
