The project develops a high-performance, scalable distributed platform that supports complex business operations and rapid product growth.
задачи
- Develop a high-performance distributed platform;
- Deliver scalable backend solutions for enterprise systems;
- Implement and configure AI within a team;
- Design scalable, distributed backend systems in Go;
- Apply concurrency patterns in Go, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives;
- Design systems for high performance and maintainability;
- Build and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines.
требования
- 5+ Years of Go development experience;
- 2+ Years of experience in a leadership role;
- Higher education in Computer Science, software development, or a related field;
- Extensive experience working with AI and implementing or configuring it within a team;
- Experience in fintech and banking domains;
- Experience working with complex integrations;
- Advanced English or higher;
- Nice to have: experience in the insurance domain.

- Work from 9 AM to 6 PM CET;
- Work locations include the EU, Georgia, Albania, and Serbia.
