Andersen Lab seeks a Go Architect / Solution Architect (Go) to drive the architectural evolution of a high-performance distributed platform for a global FinTech and Protection Services leader.

• Lead the design and scale of a mission-critical distributed platform built in Go, ensuring absolute reliability, advanced concurrency models, and seamless product growth;
• Collaborate with product managers and international stakeholders to bridge technical excellence with business strategy;
• Guide senior engineers and champion modern engineering practices.

• 7+ Years of software development experience;
• 4+ Years of production-level Go mastery including goroutines, channels, context, and memory model;
• Proven background in FinTech, Banking, or high-compliance domains;
• Strong expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, and High-Load architecture;
• Extensive experience implementing and configuring AI/LLM workflows within a team;
• Solid backend fundamentals including API Design such as REST and gRPC, SQL including PostgreSQL and MySQL, and Message Brokers including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NATS;
• Higher education in Computer Science;
• Advanced C1+ level of English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure and NoSQL and Caching including ClickHouse, Redis, and MongoDB, prior experience as an Architect, Staff, or Principal Engineer, familiarity with Java, Python, or C++ for cross-team collaboration, architecture certifications including AWS, GCP, and Azure or open-source Go contributions.
