Go Developer

The company provides services to help train next-generation AI systems by shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using GoLang;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge amongst peers;
• Optimize and enhance existing software for improved performance and scalability;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes;
• Document software designs, implementation details, and best practices.

• Proven experience in developing applications using GoLang;
• Strong understanding of GoLang programming paradigms, constructs, and idioms;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Nice to have: Experience with microservices architecture, Prior experience working with top-tier technology companies, Knowledge in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
