• Architect and implement high-performance software solutions;
• Design and build core foundations for the internal operations platform, including backend services, integration patterns, and access models;
• Shape and evolve platform capabilities from an early stage;
• Take ownership of services throughout their lifecycle;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders;
• Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and progress;
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• 7+ Years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on scalable system design;
• Proficiency in Go;
• Experience building and operating distributed systems, APIs, and shared services;
• Proven track record of designing and modernizing systems;
• Experience contributing to technical direction and mentorship;
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging production applications;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience delivering and maintaining distributed systems at scale, demonstrated high level of autonomy and self-sufficiency in driving projects.
