Buildern is a construction management platform that enables residential and commercial builders to manage projects from estimation to financials through a centralized system. The platform provides teams with streamlined workflows and real-time operational insights.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript technologies;
• Build new features and improve existing functionality based on product requirements;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following engineering best practices;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality;
• Troubleshoot issues, debug production problems, and improve application performance;
• Contribute to testing efforts, including writing unit and integration tests where applicable;
• Help improve development workflows, engineering processes, and team practices.

• 2–5 Years of experience in software development;
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3;
• Experience building user interfaces with React.js;
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js;
• Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs;
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows;
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as npm, Yarn, Webpack, or similar;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with clear and effective communication;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with MySQL and Prisma ORM, Experience with TypeScript, Experience with testing frameworks and E2E tools such as Playwright, Jest, or similar, Experience with React Native or mobile development, Understanding of frontend architecture and state management patterns.
