• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using modern development frameworks;
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces focused on user experience;
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices architectures;
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to define technical solutions;
• Participate in software design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions;
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes;
• Support the implementation of security, performance, and scalability standards;
• Maintain, monitor, and improve production applications;
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner;
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization measures;
• Support software deployments and release management activities;
• Ensure application reliability, stability, and availability;
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis;
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards;
• Continuously improve development and operational processes.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in demanding and agile environments;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking;

• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments;

• English: Professional proficiency (mandatory);
