• Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to data management and reporting
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and sustainable data solutions
• Assess the impact of new requirements and coordinate stakeholders throughout implementation
• Participate in designing and evolving data governance and data quality frameworks
• Improve reference data, nomenclatures, dictionaries, and related data repositories
• Analyze data structures, flows, and dependencies across multiple systems
• Support Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement new features and process improvements
• Monitor data quality and consistency across data sources and business domains
• Investigate rejected, inconsistent, or incomplete data and identify root causes
• Coordinate production support activities and contribute to incident management
• Follow production releases and go-live activities to ensure smooth deployment and operational continuity
• Track and report data quality indicators, incidents, and operational KPIs
• Help stakeholders understand data issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and reporting requirements
• Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders

• At least 2 years of experience in data management, business analysis, data quality, or information systems environments
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and data quality management, business analysis and requirements gathering, data governance and reference data management, data processing and validation, database structures and data models, data flow analysis within reporting systems, production support and incident management, Agile methodologies, Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, functional specifications and documentation, root cause analysis and data reconciliation, and process improvement and continuous optimization
• Strong business and IT relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Creative, innovative, collaborative, and team-oriented, with attention to detail, rigor, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to support organizational change
• English: Expert
