The company develops an AI-driven real estate investing and lending platform that manages the full deal lifecycle from underwriting to servicing through role-based portals for operators, borrowers, co-investors, and lending partners.

• Build a greenfield product from the ground up;
• Own the architecture and lead development processes;
• Develop four role-based portals for various platform users;
• Manage the full deal lifecycle implementation.

• 5+ Years of full-stack engineering experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (React) and TypeScript;
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI);
• Production experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling;
• Experience implementing authentication and role-based access control (RBAC);
• Comfortable owning architecture and leading development on a greenfield product;
• Fluent English (C1) for daily collaboration with a US-based founding team;
• Nice to have: Experience with Supabase or Auth0, Cloud and DevOps exposure (AWS, S3-compatible storage), secure handling of sensitive financial/PII data and encryption (pgcrypto, AES-256), third-party integrations (DocuSign, SendGrid/Postmark, Twilio), interest or experience with AI-driven development (Claude / LLM APIs), fintech, proptech, or lending domain experience, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
