• Lead the full lifecycle of features from problem definition and design to implementation, shipping, and performance measurement;
• Drive and shape the architectural vision to support scaling and development speed;
• Craft clean and efficient code while maintaining high engineering standards;
• Create user-centric web experiences with attention to detail and modern design principles.

• 5+ Years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced product-oriented environment;
• Proficiency in building web backends using Node.js, TypeScript, and relational databases;
• Experience in developing web frontends with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management;
• Experience with TDD and writing unit, integration, and performance tests;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to balance low-level technical details with high-level architectural goals;
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: PHP.
