Helfy operates a platform in the health and human services sector, focusing on maintaining system stability and continuous service availability.
задачи
- Monitor system health, performance, logs, and alerts during shifts;
- Act as the first technical point of contact for the Customer Support team;
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by Customer Support or detected via monitoring;
- Debug backend and frontend issues using React and Node.js;
- Support incident response and ensure proper escalation when needed;
- Identify recurring problems and propose long-term fixes;
- Write clear technical notes and shift handover updates;
- Collaborate with SRE and development teams to improve system reliability;
- Maintain internal documentation for common issues and solutions.
требования
- Fluent English;
- 0-2 Years of experience with React, Node.js, and Express.js;
- Knowledge of MySQL databases;
- Strong interest in software development;
- Tech enthusiast with a strong problem-solving mindset and determination to learn;
- Nice to have: Next.js.
условия
- Office role in Tbilisi;
- 40 Hours per week, scheduled across 8-hour shifts (morning, evening, night).
