frontend developer for AI-powered healthcare

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform providing safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. It combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to support treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions while automating charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning.

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release;
• Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas, understand, stabilize, and improve them without slowing down the roadmap;
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code through code reviews, Vitest unit tests, and lightweight design documentation;
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements;
• Drive AI adoption by building frontend features for AI-powered products and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience with Angular, preferably with the latest versions;
• Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns;
• Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in production, including complex reactive flows, stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, error handling, and strictly typed codebases;
• Experience designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, including module and component boundaries;
• Hands-on experience with unit testing as a regular part of daily development; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable;
• Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, effective skills, prompts, and instructions, understanding of agent principles, and code and documentation structures that support agent work;
• Comfortable working across the backend boundary by writing or fixing SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validation, and tracing issues through the API layer;
• Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian;
• Full overlap with CET working hours;
• Candidates must be comfortable crossing strict frontend boundaries and working without fully specified tickets or continuous PM/BA translation;
• Nice to have: experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features, deep understanding of responsive design, web application performance optimization across patient-facing products and internal tools, data-heavy interfaces, large tables and lists, and real-time updates.
