frontend developer for AI-powered healthcare

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform providing safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. It combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver outcomes-driven treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions, while automating charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning.

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release;
• Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas, understand, stabilize, and improve them without slowing down the roadmap;
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code through code reviews, Vitest unit tests, and lightweight design documentation;
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements;
• Drive AI adoption by building frontend features for AI-powered products and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience with Angular, with the latest versions preferred;
• Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns;
• Advanced RxJS and TypeScript skills in production, including complex reactive flows, stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, error handling, and strictly typed codebases;
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, including module and component boundaries;
• Hands-on experience with unit testing as a regular part of daily work; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable;
• Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, effective skills, prompts, and instructions, agent operating principles, and code and documentation structures that support agent work;
• Comfort working across the backend boundary, including writing or fixing SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validation, and tracing issues through the API layer;
• Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian;
• Full overlap with CET working hours;
• Not suitable for candidates who prefer strict role boundaries, require fully specified tickets and PM/BA translation, or view AI coding agents as a novelty;
• Nice to have: experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features, deep understanding of responsive design, web application performance optimization across patient-facing products and internal tools, data-heavy interfaces, large tables and lists, and real-time updates.
