frontend developer for AI-powered healthcare

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform providing safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. It combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to support treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions while automating charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning.

• Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, from requirement refinement to production release;
• Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas by understanding, stabilizing, and improving them without slowing down the roadmap;
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code through code reviews, unit tests with Vitest, and lightweight design documentation;
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements;
• Drive AI adoption by building frontend interfaces for AI-powered product features and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience with Angular, with the latest versions preferred;
• Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns;
• Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in real production scenarios, including complex reactive flows, stream composition, cancellation, race conditions, and error handling;
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, including module and component boundaries;
• Hands-on experience with unit testing as a regular part of daily development; Vitest preferred, Jest acceptable;
• Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, effective skills, prompts and instructions, agent principles, and codebase structuring for agent use;
• Ability to work across the backend boundary by writing or fixing SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validation, and tracing issues through the API layer;
• Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian;
• Availability for full overlap with CET working hours;
• Nice to have: Experience building UI for AI/LLM-powered features, deep understanding of responsive design, proficiency in web application performance optimization across patient-facing products and internal tools.
