задачи
- Build, scale, and evolve the design system, including component libraries, design tokens, and documentation;
- Extend the design system for AI-assisted development to ensure AI coding tools and agents can utilize components and guidelines;
- Design component APIs that resist misuse for both human and AI developers;
- Write high-quality, performant frontend code using React and TypeScript;
- Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to define and implement production-ready components;
- Ensure components meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards;
- Own the developer experience of the design system, including documentation, versioning, and migration paths;
- Implement and maintain theming, white labeling, and localization support;
- Shape the technical direction of the design system and champion its adoption across the organization.
требования
- Five years of experience as a software engineer, including three years at a senior level, building frontend platforms;
- Proven ownership of a design system or shared component library used across multiple products;
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
- Strong command of React and modern build tooling;
- Experience or strong interest in making component libraries consumable by AI;
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance;
- Ability to build accessible components to WCAG 2.2 AA / EN 301 549 standards and verify them with assistive technology;
- Nice to have: Strong design sensibility, experience implementing multi-brand theming in production, experience with localization and internationalization including RTL.

- Base salary starting from 120 000 EUR/GBP/CHF per year;
