• Manage the development, improvement, implementation, and monitoring of machine learning and deep learning models;
• Organize and manage data-related processes;
• Support ML model testing and implementation;
• Ensure continuous use of the latest AI/ML algorithms and methods, cutting-edge data analysis tools, process optimization, and function efficiency improvements;
• Manage the design, regulation, and approval of the model creation, testing, and implementation environment;
• Perform code reviews and optimize, improve, and modernize ML applications;
• Collaborate with product teams and IT subdivisions;
• Document the entire modeling lifecycle and ensure the availability of internal regulations and model overviews.

• University degree in Data Science, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Modeling, IT/technical or another relevant field;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Knowledge of AI/ML models and algorithms, with experience managing large projects;
• Excellent knowledge of Python and experience developing ML applications;
• Knowledge of SQL and BI;
• Analytical thinking and advanced ability to work independently and within a team;
• Commitment to work and a strong sense of responsibility.
