- Optimize CTR and other performance metrics based on data analysis;
- Build models, conduct experiments, and analyze metrics;
- Make data-driven decisions;
- Take ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives;
- Take ownership of achieving performance targets;
- Independently manage tasks and take responsibility for their outcomes.
требования
- Commercial experience at the Middle+ level or higher;
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, at the B2+ level;
- Experience in AdTech / RTB / DSP;
- Strong knowledge of Python and modern ML stacks;
- Skills in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing;
- Product-oriented mindset focused on measurable business results.
