The Bank of Georgia provides banking services to up to two million customers and develops analytical products, including LLM-based solutions integrated into banking products and internal systems.

• Collect and preprocess data;
• Create, optimize, evaluate, and validate machine learning models;
• Deploy and monitor real-time and batch models;
• Optimize modeling and implementation processes;
• Collaborate with the business and understand its needs and values for cost-benefit analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Strong experience manipulating and modeling data with Python and libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn;
• Experience with big data technologies, particularly Spark;
• Proficiency with Oracle/MS SQL databases;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Solid understanding of data management fundamentals and data storage principles;
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring;
• Ability to prepare and present clear reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Apache Airflow, modern NLP techniques including RAG/LLM, Git, Bash Scripting, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
