• Build and refine predictive models to forecast user payment likelihood;
• Explore and process large volumes of in-game event data to uncover patterns relevant for forecasting;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that models drive better user acquisition decisions;
• Manage large datasets to ensure timely and precise insights.

• At least 4 years of experience in data science;
• Proven track record in creating and implementing predictive models related to customer behavior;
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
• Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed analyses;
• Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders;
• English B1 or higher;
• Nice to have: Passion for game development.
