• Research, develop, and implement quantitative trading strategies;
• Test and deploy statistical models, algorithms, and trading signals in an active trading environment;
• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify market inefficiencies;
• Perform in-depth research to build and improve trading systems;
• Analyze large datasets and extract insights for trading strategy development;
• Present research results through reports, visualizations, and presentations for the team;
• Collaborate with team members on quantitative research projects.

• Higher education in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or computer science;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Quantitative Analyst in a fintech or trading-related environment;
• Experience conducting data research with real-world application in stock trading;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics;
• Python or Scala programming level: Middle+ with experience in data analysis;
• Ability to develop and launch profitable trading strategies;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity;
• Native or bilingual Russian;
• Intermediate English;
• Nice to have: Experience as a Financial Quantitative Analyst or in a similar role.
