Data Engineer

• Implement and manage cloud data storage systems;
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide suitable solutions;
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security;
• Automate data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes;
• Monitor the performance of data systems and troubleshoot issues;
• Optimize performance and scalability of Big Data solutions.

• Over 3 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines;
• Proficiency in Python;
• Expertise in SQL including joins, group by, subqueries, and temporary tables;
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark;
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms, specifically Azure Data Factory and Databricks;
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow or Control-M;
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English (C1);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of information security policies and commitment to signing an NDA.
