Zexter operates as a multi-brand iGaming and fintech ecosystem, managing a complex landscape of trading, gaming, and payment platforms. The company focuses on scaling high-volume, real-time systems while balancing internal engineering development with third-party vendor integrations to drive commercial growth across regulated markets.

• Define and execute a scalable, API-first platform strategy across iGaming, trading, and fintech verticals;
• Design and own a modular, integration-driven architecture connecting third-party systems and internal services;
• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering organization including backend, platform, DevOps, data, and integrations;
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery from architecture through to production and iteration;
• Lead the design and development of new products from scratch;
• Define the build vs buy strategy for internal systems and third-party platforms;
• Manage the vendor landscape, including gaming providers, aggregators, payment systems, CRM, and KYC/AML tools;
• Establish development processes, quality standards, and release cycles;
• Ensure system security, infrastructure resilience, and regulatory compliance;
• Establish scalable data pipelines and real-time reporting infrastructure;
• Act as a key member of the executive leadership team to align technology with business goals.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in iGaming, fintech, trading, or payment environments;
• Proven track record of building products from scratch and scaling engineering teams;
• Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems alongside internal development;
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments such as iGaming, CFDs, or brokerage;
• Strong understanding of iGaming platform components like PAM, aggregators, wallets, and bonus engines;
• Commercial mindset focused on growth, performance, and cost efficiency;
• Fluent in Russian;
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate within 3 months;
• Nice to have: Experience as CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Engineering, or Engineering Director (at least 2 years), deep expertise in API-driven architecture, integrations, and distributed systems.
