Cattle Care is a California-based startup that utilizes Artificial Intelligence to increase the revenue of dairy farms while reducing the usage of antibiotics and hormones. The technology optimizes farm efficiency and ensures high standards of animal welfare, currently monitoring approximately 800,000 cows in the US.

• Improve current CV models and algorithms;
• Design and implement the architecture for video processing and action recognition systems;
• Train new CV models for new products;
• Manage the annotation process by preparing data, describing tasks, and validating annotations;
• Enhance system scalability to support video analytics across 200+ farms.

• 3+ Years of experience in computer vision;
• Experience deploying models in production, including full-cycle development of products based on video models;
• Strong production-level programming skills;
• Hands-on experience with video processing and object detection;
• Nice to have: Experience working with LLMs and VLMs.
