• Design and build high-performance solutions;
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle from requirements through to production;
• Solve challenging technical problems, influence architecture and continuously improve trading systems;
• Work closely with traders, stakeholders and domain experts;
• Deliver a strategic trading platform as part of a collaborative, global engineering team.

• Strong commercial C++ development experience;
• Front office capital markets experience with a good understanding of trade flows, the trade lifecycle and FIX protocol;
• Strong SQL skills;
• AWS experience and a good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD;
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Design Patterns, Algorithms;
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys working directly with users, stakeholders and globally distributed teams;
• Degree educated (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline from a leading university, backed by outstanding A-levels (minimum AAB);
• Nice to have: Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI enabled development, Java skills.
