• Design and implement backend components for CRM systems;
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET (C#) and Node.js;
• Create and evolve REST APIs for frontend systems and integrations;
• Implement business logic and integrate with internal and external systems;
• Model, optimize, and migrate data;
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, readability, and testability;
• Collaborate with architects on technical solution design;
• Identify and resolve performance and stability issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development;
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (preferably .NET 6/7/8) and ASP.NET Core;
• Proficiency in designing code according to SOLID, Clean Code, and Clean / Layered Architecture principles;
• Experience with Node.js (microservices, integrations, BFF);
• Ability to work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), including query optimization and ORM usage (e.g., Entity Framework);
• Experience with NoSQL databases or caching (Redis, document stores);
• Ability to design and implement REST APIs and synchronous/asynchronous integrations;
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL);
• Understanding of application scalability and high availability;
• Nice to have: Docker, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Kubernetes, Terraform, unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq), contract testing, security knowledge (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), GDPR awareness.
