Plurio provides an AI agent for performance marketing teams that analyzes campaigns, identifies issues, reallocates budgets, and explains marketing performance in plain language. The platform supports marketing teams with complex funnels and LTV-driven optimization by integrating with major ad platforms.

• Build and extend microservices in ASP.NET Core to power the marketing analytics engine;
• Design and evolve database schemas, T-SQL, indexes, and queries to support analytical workloads;
• Drive performance optimization across the stack, including C# async paths and SQL query plans;
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to maintain clean architecture and clear service contracts;
• Conduct code reviews and manage CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Git;
• Partner with product, data, and AI engineering teams on data models and service boundaries;
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to improve development quality and speed.

• Minimum of four years of hands-on experience in MS SQL and C# development;
• Solid knowledge and application of design patterns and SOLID principles;
• Experience working with Entity Framework Core or another production ORM in C#;
• Proven proficiency in web development with ASP.NET Core;
• Experience and interest in AI-assisted coding;
• Proficiency in using version control systems, particularly Git;
• Intermediate+ English and native-level Russian;
• Must live and work in an Americas (US) timezone with reliable overlap on US business hours;
• Nice to have: Advanced experience with MS SQL performance tuning, production experience with RabbitMQ, Docker, observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus), Azure DevOps, Blazor experience, familiarity with marketing attribution concepts, public C# or SQL samples on GitHub/GitLab.
