C# Developer

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure systems and APIs for high-impact, real-time applications;
• Own the full development lifecycle, from shaping feature architecture to breaking down workstreams and guiding implementation;
• Write high-performance, well-tested code that meets rigorous standards for reliability and scalability;
• Set and enforce best practices for code quality, design patterns, testing, and system performance;
• Triage, debug, and resolve complex production issues while driving a culture of operational excellence;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals;
• Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow and deliver high-quality work;
• Shape the team’s roadmap and technical direction while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• At least 5 years of experience in object-oriented backend development, specifically with C#;
• Advanced expertise in OOP principles, design patterns, and backend architecture;
• Proven ability to architect, build, and scale distributed systems in cloud environments like AWS or GCP;
• Deep experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites, including unit, integration, and performance tests;
• Strong track record of mentoring engineers, leading code and design reviews, and driving high-impact technical decisions;
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
