Insense is a platform that connects brands with over 100,000 creators across 35+ countries to facilitate content creation and influencer marketing campaigns. The service enables more than 2,000 mid-sized brands to manage marketing operations and scale their businesses.
задачи
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend platform;
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the GraphQL API;
- Manage deployments in a Kubernetes environment on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE);
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of applications;
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team;
- Ideate and implement product improvements based on business and user needs;
- Foster an inclusive work environment and collaborate with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
требования
- 5+ Years of backend engineering experience;
- Advanced proficiency in Ruby;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL;
- Experience with GraphQL API development;
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts including deployments, Kubernetes, and GCP;
- Active use of AI tools in daily development;
- Product-minded, proactive, and capable of working across cultures;
- Fluent English (C1+);
- Nice to have: Experience with functional programming patterns, experience with Roda, Sequel, or dry-rb, background in e-commerce, creator economy, or marketplace products.
