• Design, build, deploy, and maintain services handling real financial transactions;
• Own reliability in production;
• Co-own service architecture, resilience, and scalability following Domain-Driven Design principles;
• Lead design discussions, anticipate risks, and mentor less experienced engineers;
• Drive continuous improvement by fixing flaky CI, running post-mortems, and propagating learnings across the team.

• Strong backend engineering experience with exposure to large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints;
• Ability to transfer quickly to similar technologies without knowing the exact stack;
• Write tests, set up monitoring, handle incidents methodically, and perform root cause analysis;
• Track impact after release, flag regressions, and improve the assigned scope independently;
• Work comfortably in squad teams with PMs, Designers, and engineers from other stacks;
• Fluent English.
