backend developer for high-load microservices

• Build the backend for an AI agent platform and its surrounding microservices;
• Participate in architecture setup and technology selection;
• Stay up to date with AI agent technologies, study new frameworks, and experiment with them;
• Improve and optimize platform components related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load;
• Work closely with platform clients, incorporate feedback, and help build a user-friendly product.

• Have 5+ years of backend engineering experience;
• Have at least 2 years of experience with Golang and 2 years with Python;
• Have experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures;
• Have a solid understanding of backend tools and technologies, including PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture;
• Have experience developing internal tools, automations, or CRM systems;
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code;
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently;
• Strong communication skills in English at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with AI agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, or ADK; experience building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures; ML experience with model learning, evaluation, and production implementation.
