задачи
- Architect and implement a scalable recommendation engine inside the RoR monolith;
- Develop, maintain, and optimize robust backend services using Ruby on Rails.
требования
- 5+ Years of professional experience in backend development;
- Deep expertise in Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework;
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and recommendation algorithms (collaborative filtering, content-based filtering);
- Hands-on experience with monolithic architectures and background job processing (Sidekiq, Resque);
- Experience integrating AI/ML models via RESTful APIs, external microservices, or native Ruby ML libraries;
- English B1+;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Python or core Machine Learning frameworks.
